Swim or be eaten. Just a camera and a fish grinder are all you’ve got.

FISHGRIND is a horror game where you must escape a flooded cave by boat, with a terrifying creature lurking in the depths. Use ground-up fish as fuel, or get ground up yourself. Repel the monster with bright light, and pray your blood-soaked engine doesn't fail at the worst possible moment.

FEATURES

~6 minutes of gameplay.

Interactive objects that might just save your life.

An old camera to capture your most horrifying moments.

An illusion of hidden meaning, carefully embedded by the developers. (We just thought floating gas cans would make for boring gameplay.)

Интересный опыт, но очень сильно не хватает принятия решений.
Для игра на 10 минут - хороший аттракцион. Не более.

Thanks for playing and the video!

i loved this game but i cant help but wonder how this dude ended up in this situation lmao

Hey! I’m Pablo, a music producer and composer who works mainly with indie games.

I came across your game and I’d love to help out with the music for your next project if you’re looking for a composer.

I can create original music around your game’s world and gameplay whether that’s a main theme, ambience, horror, action/chase music, emotional moments, menus, credits, or something more specific to your game.

I usually charge $10 per track, or $25 for 3 tracks. I’m also pretty flexible depending on the project.

If you’re interested, I’d love to hear a little about your game and what kind of sound you have in mind.

Really fun and unique horror game! I enjoyed the whole experience, especially the fish-grinding mechanic and the creepy cave atmosphere. The constant tension of trying to escape while something is lurking in the darkness made it exciting to play. Great job 🔥

Thanks for playing and video! This means a lot to us :)

It's well done, and I loved it. It deserved to be shared

Just finished FISHGRIND and I really liked the low poly visuals and the atmosphere of the cave, it feels great for a 72-hour jam. If I had to suggest something, I’d love a moment where the engine cuts out to build more tension, and maybe a bit more challenge to match the creepy setting. I’m a Spanish translator and I’d be happy to localize the game into Spanish for free, as part of my portfolio. I can also translate the itch.io page if you’d like. I’d only ask for a credit. You can reach me at [kuashix@gmail.com]. Congrats to both of you!

Thanks for playing!

We haven't planned a translation yet because we're too lazy XD

LMAO fair, lazy devs are valid, that’s literally why I’m here: I do ALL the work, you do ZERO. Send me the texts in whatever format you have (file, spreadsheet, a messy list, I don’t judge) and I’ll send them back translated and ready to drop in.  Want a free sample first? Zero risk. Thanks for being open to it! And if not, no worries at all, thanks anyway for replying! :D
